Colony Behavioral Health Group

East Carolina Behavioral Health

New Bern-based public agency providing for the local management of behavioral healthcare. Provides a wide range of behavioral healthcare solutions to citizens of Beaufort, Bertie, Craven, Gates, Hertford, Jones, Northampton, Pamlico, and Pitt counties in eastern North Carolina. It is different from the former Neuse Center in that ECBH manages services while contract agencies provide the services. Its primary customers include individuals who experience psychiatric symptoms, substance abuse addictions, and developmental disabilities.
